Arnhem Holidays

We stayed 7 nights in a Superior Twin Room with River View on the 16th floor. The room was reasonably spacious, the beds were comfortable and the view was amazing, both during the day and at night. Our main concern was housekeeping. No vacuuming for the carpets as small crumbs and debris remained on the floor. When I asked a housekeeper, I was told that they do a “quick cleaning.” I also raised this issue with the reception nut this matter was not addressed . Housekeeping times were also inconsistent, with staff arriving around 10 a.m. on some days, 12 p.m. on others, or in the afternoon. No slippers were provided either, which I would have expected from a hotel of this standard. The location was reasonable, with Central Station about a 25-minute walk away at our pace. We walked or took taxis, especially when the weather was poor. We had both lunch and dinner at the hotel, and the food was decent, though nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, with the room’s view being the highlight. More thorough and consistent housekeeping would have made the experience much better.

Clean, great staff, city center
