The room was cleaned and beds seem to be new. The building is a bit olde but you have a restaurent -Pub in the same place to eat and relax. The hotel was full during this time of the year. It was very busy in the pub but we cannot ear the sound on the 2 n floor

The price you pay for this room is not worth it. Our tub was chipped with rust, floors dirty but at least the bed was fairly comfortable. I would drive the distance in the future to get a better place to stay

Room was clean. Front staff amazing and the restaurant was so good and fun. Food was great and the fish and chips delicious. The building/rooms needs refreshing for the price you pay. You could tell there was water damage at some point.

The hotel was adequate for my stay. I was a bit worried based on other reviews. Yes, the hotel could use some updates and repairs. I stayed in a room with a king sized bed. The rooms could benefit from a deep clean, the walls could use a repaint and the carpets replaced. That being said, the bed was newer and clean. The sheets were very clean and in good shape. The toilet and sink were very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet, I did not hear other guests. The AC was very cold when I arrived but if you lift the top flap on the unit you can adjust it and it was comfortable. It does run constantly but I was able to turn it down so it was a bit quieter. I felt safe arriving later at night and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Needs a complete update as far as painting, flooring, bathrooms, taller toilets for ,seniors, security bar for getting into and out of bathtubs ... would be nice to see a bench outside the front door , door knob on bathroom door was being held on by a piece of masking tape,,,needs proper repair, toilet holder in bathroom falls apart when u go to use it, coffee maker needs to be cleaned as used coffee was still in the maker when we arrived , had to ask for more coffee and creamer and toilet paper as only a part roll was in the bathroom when we arrived...Housekeeping was more than happy to provide items when asked...
