You cannot beat the location. The rooms were very basic, but were clean and felt safe. Considering the prices being charged in Tenerife at the moment, this place was worth every penny. If I was returning again and looking for bargain accommodation, I would stay here again.

I wouldn't normally stop in accommodation with a shared bathroom but I was really struggling to find reasonably priced accommodation for one night between ferry and Tenerife South Airport. The location is brilliant for this 7 minutes walk from the ferry port and 12 minutes to the bus stop to get to the airport. It is quiet but close to bars, supermarkets and restaurants. The room is ok there seemed to be 2 bathrooms shared between about 6 rooms. I wouldn't stay in this shared bathroom room for more than one night but for a one night ferry stopover it was good. They seem to have rooms with ensuite and balconies I would pay a premium for this if these rooms were available. I would pay a premium for an ensuite. However needs must the price was good and the room was good at this time of year for the price.

Room, bathroom and corridors was clean. Great location for beach and shops. The cleaning lady was friendly as I passed by. I reserved a room for a night and the communications are in spanish and there is no translate option. I recieved check in instructions instantly but did not recieve the link to complete passport registration and entry code. I then communicated through WhatsApp and recieved the link 2 hours later. I completed and received confirmation of online registration. I later recieved a message in spanish, stating that i did not complete the form and do not have permission to stay and they have reported me to tourist police. It will not allow me to upload screenshot in expedia messaging to prove that i have conformed with the law. I ensured them that i had. I found this a bit stressful trying to tranlate the communications and worrying that i will be removed from the property. They prefer 24hours prior notice, i advise to do this to avoid confusion.
