"Expedia is not updated for check in process. It is not Ganesh Hotel, it is village lodge. Regardless, we were redirected to the right place in village lodge and had the most amazing attentiveness and service by the owner, Caro, and our hostess, Luisa. Very beautiful beach loft in the middle of the jungle and 50 feet away from the most gorgeous secluded beach. Recommending this place to anyone who travels to Samaná. Not for people with disabilities or children."

"If there’s a “White Lotus” in Latin America, this is it. Cayo Levantado Resort exceeded expectations from the start. At the dock house, you’re welcomed with champagne in a beautiful tropical-Victorian setting, followed by a smooth check-in and a quick 10-minute boat ride to the island. Upon arrival, you’re assigned an ambassador who manages everything via WhatsApp—reservations, activities, and anything you need. The property feels fully curated, with each space offering a distinct experience. Food was a standout. The buffet had premium options like lobster, king crab, lamb, and multiple steak cuts. The specialty restaurants, especially the tasting menu and steakhouse, were top-tier. The beach and pool service is excellent, with staff constantly offering drinks. The wellness center is a highlight—sound healing, breathwork, and floating meditation, all led by knowledgeable professionals. Rooms are spacious and well designed, and getting around is easy with fast golf cart service. This is more than a hotel—it’s a complete experience. Highly recommended."
