Not much of a lobby specially if you get there early or are to check out a little early - non accommodative - $30 charge for requesting an early checkin (60 minutes prior) and also a charge for later checkout. Every time we asked about it, nobody seemed to know what was happening, and the only response we received was “we are working on it.” Honestly, it was not a good experience. Additionally, I still have not received the refund for my deposit, and there was also a lack of clarity regarding the items and charges from the product area in the lobby that I had to use out of necessity. Overall, I had much higher expectations for this stay."
