"I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport"

The staff made sure that I had a shuttle to go around town and a safe way to get there, had a secure place to store the remaining luggage, and they made delicious food for breakfast and at the restaurant.
