The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel. "Despite renovation taking place ( which was not mentioned by Hotels.com at the time of booking) the stay was excellent. We did not hear the noise from renovation. Reception staff were totally brilliant. The view of the Red Sea from hotel is worth paying for. "

"It is the worst experience ever. I have been Locked in the Vella by the property staff. When I asked: the reson was wait until the manager comes. I spent the whole night trying to manage this issue while I'm having guests from outside the city. Be Note that this is a 3 star property as per of the paper listed on the reception."
