"I had a great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The woman who greeted me was especially polite and very knowledgeable about the area, which made check-in smooth and helpful. The hotel itself smelled clean and fresh throughout the hallways, which immediately gave a good impression. Our room was conveniently located right next to an exit, making it easy to come and go without any hassle. Overall, everything about the stay felt comfortable and well-managed. I can definitely see why this hotel has such high reviews, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Carpets are worn and dirty, lamp shade over my bed damaged, broken slate tiles in elevator floors, tears in wall picture, bathroom wall dirty, floor and floor trim in bathroom very poorly done, duct tape over elevator button on outside of elevator, hand print stains on box spring cover, overall upkeep neglected. Bedding comfortable. Outdoor patio shelter filthy with old supplies left in bar area, outdoor chairs upset neglected space overall. Reviews on breakfast buffet part of choice for this hotel only to find out not included in my booking and is $16.95 additional price. Overall should have gone to a new chain hotel. $150+ was way too much money for what turned out to be a run down property."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, however, I didn't find it professional at all that they stood outside the main entrance smoking cigarettes. I don't mean one at a time, but 5 or 6 at a time. That in itself is almost enough for me not to return. I think the overall value is great. The room is large and the wifi and TV work great. The room was clean and the breakfast is included and was very good. It's no an upscale hotel, but for a brand aimed at being affordable but still nice, they hit the mark. I didn't have any complaints with the rates or the room, but the groups of employees smoking at the entrance would have made me switch hotels if I had another option at the time. That is a deal breaker after a long trip to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke. We all had to shower just to get the smell off. Other than that, it's a great deal."
