"I stayed here for a work trip to a remote project site. This place was very impressive for the money. The rooms were large and had everything. The place was clean and staff very pleasant and accommodating. I didn’t expect a lot for what I paid but was pleasantly surprised."

For about the same price as a hotel room, we had a 1 bedroom apartment with a ptl. kitchen (full size fridge with freezer, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, large sink) and resort amenities (indoor, outdoor and kid's pool and a hot tub) and activities. "We had a good stay at the Black Swann Inn. I think some of the mixed comments can be understood in terms of expectations. It is. It a quaint New England inn with a common room and cushy furniture. It is more like a holiday inn. With that understanding it does its job - it is clean, comfortable and has the bonus of outdoor space on the lake with Adirondack chairs and boat rentals. "
