"Great location for wandering around Heraklion and close to the harbour and bus station and walking distance to the archaeological museum and centre. Nice clean room with view over the harbour from a very small balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout. Disappointed not to be able to get the table we wanted first night for dining and second night when we did dine there was a group of 25 Americans which spoilt the atmosphere. View from the restaurant was very good but book early and get a table overlooking the harbour. Dining menu was a bit disappointing and limited but the food was ok. Breakfast dining area was frankly below par, crowded and soulless otherwise it did the job. Not sure why this is a 4*?"

"The staff was excellent. We really like our pool view room (quiet). The included breakfast was good. We had one dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very good. The internet is poor and the tv channels donโ€™t have many (news outlets only) English options."
