Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Save yourself time and stress by not staying in this place. The instructions provided for check-in are confusing, and the pone nombre provided for emergencias and normal comunication is non-responsive. The hotel was advertised to sleep three people which is not the case. The bed sofa is not a bed, and you will be Lucky if you are able to extend the legs, imposible to lay down or sleep. The mattress is riddled with holes, and you will be tempted to just sleep in the floor. I hope you also like solving problems by yourself because you will not hear back from the management. The shower did not even work, and I am still waiting to hear from management and I checked-out two nights ago. If I could give them a rating of zero, I would. Terrible experiencia.
