The neighborhood is very nice and not touristic. Maybe not a vey nice entrance and lobby but thé appartement itself is cool with its balcony. The room is clean, we didn’t meet anybody to say hello or goodbye 😅

Very nice, clean place in a great location to restaurants and shops! Communication was a little rough as I had to reach out to ask about the check in process at the time of check in expecting it to be sent earlier or at 3pm. I had asked about leaving my luggage earlier since I had an earlier flight coming and didn’t hear anything back. But other than that, the stay was nice and the place was comfortable.

Summary of my stay

Very convenient location. During check-in I had some issues but i think this is because of a technical problem in hotels system. Operator told me that he texted me checkin instructions already but I did not receive it. And the contact number was not working than he text me his other number and we fixed the checkin. Noisy neighbors or other tenants might be problem they partied until 5 am next to me. Clean house, convenient location 1 minute walk to Kolonaki main part. Bed was very comfy. First aid kit, Wellcome coffee kit, complementary water, etc all well thought

This was the perfect place to stay in Athens! The location was safe, lots of shops and cafes around, a pharmacy next door! Entering and exiting apartment was easy, and it was secured! Great balcony, great amenities. Even shaving cream/ tooth paste and tooth brushes were given! TV in bedroom and in living room with smart TV available. Very comfortable and spacious for two people. Hosts were prompt and polite. Everything was thought out and organized! Would 100% stay again and recommend highly!!!!

I had issues checking in and there is no front desk. I was not provided any information for check-in, and there was no phone number provided. I had to contact Expedia, and was finally able to access the room after being locked out for about 2 hours after a long flight at 3am in the morning.

Loved the location - in the heart of Kolonaki. It's more an apartment than a hotel so there is no staff on site. But communication beforehand was great. We could have used some coffeemate or milk for the pod coffee but apart from that, we had a great stay.

アクセスもよく、綺麗で部屋自体は良かったのですが、２つだけ致命的でした。 1つはお湯が途中で切れて、水になりました。ボイラーは長く持たないようです。寒い中シャワーを浴びる羽目に。2人で使う場合時間がかかるのでどうするのがいいのかよくわかりません。 2つ目は防音性が0で外の話し声や車の音が聞こえて寝れませんでした。夜中じゅう誰かがずっと外で話していてうるさかった。雨が降ってるときは外に人もいないから静かに寝れました。
