Nice property, however there was no communication between the reservations team and the housekeeping team. I specified on two occasions of the bedding required for each room and only one out of three rooms was correct.

Die Unterkunft ist mit der Metro sehr gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte und Restaurants/Imbisse. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr sauber und bei Bedarf gibt es täglich die Möglichkeit, Handtücher zu tauschen oder die Unterkunft reinigen zu lassen. Dank der Klimaanlage immer angenehm kühl. Wenn man die Schlafcouch nutzt, ist es es Abends sehr hellhörig aufgrund des Hausflurs. Bei Selbstverpflegung ist zu beachten, dass es nicht sher viel Besteck/Geschirr gibt. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Imbisse in unmittelbarer Nähe ist das jedoch zu vernachlässigen.

We recently (July 25) visited as a family of 4 for 2 weeks and would 100% stay here again. The area is perfect travelling distance using the metro and tram and you can be at the Acropolis etc within 10/15 minuted journey. The area of Neos Kosmos is a busy area that isn’t over run with tourists, but mostly locals going about their daily life, it’s a perfect escape from the heavily populated tourist areas. The apartment we stayed in isn’t perfect, it’s not a show home and has very minor repairs and touch ups needing done but it was perfect for us with 2 children under 8 years old. The staff are absolutely lovely and treated my children so well, standing having conversations with them, remembering their names and generally being very welcoming as were all of the locals we met and chatted to in the area. I would 100% recommend if you want somewhere to relax after exploring Athens

We were in a very nice two bedroom apartment in a cute little neighborhood. We had everything we needed in the unit, and they even had a room service food delivery company that we used quite often. It was a quick walk to the metro so that we could get to all of the attractions nearby. The people who worked there were a very good to us and everything was exceptionally clean. You will definitely need to travel a bit to get to restaurants. However, there are many coffee shops and some cute little markets near the suites.

New unit, very clean and comfortable, also very secure. Only thing I didn’t like was that we had to use a code to access the unit and entrance, not very convenient when you are traveling from a foreign country and your internet is not working! There is nobody to talk to. We were so lucky that the cleaning lady was there and she helped us talk to the owner to get the code to come in.
