Beautiful romantic hotel

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Monument. This is a design lovers hotel for sure, every element is well thought out to create a quiet and romantic mood - which you need in the very bustling Athens. The service was exceptional and breakfast was lovely.

Gorgeous property with great location, five minute walk from Monastiraki metro station/Monastiraki square. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Daily breakfast was amazing. Hotel is small so was quiet. Restaurant next door to hotel was one of the best meals that we had on our entire trip

Beautiful Hotel with Great Service

The building is beautifully restored and there is a feeling of warmth and cosiness as soon as you enter the front door. The staff could not have been any friendlier or more hlepful, it was 5 star all the way. Especially look out for Christina, waitress at the breakfast and the hotel's manageress who were wonderful. We stayed in the room on the top floor (the 'nest') with the jacuzzi. Despite the view, the room was not as well equipped and as comfortable as I would have expected for that price which was a shame as we were very excited to stay there (: I woudl go back but take a different room:)

BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN hotel!!! Great location and amazing staff. The room had amazing views of the Acropolis from the hot tub. Restaurants just down the street. The BEST part of the stay was shower that had great water pressure! Will definitely stay again!

Beautifully designed rooms that let the architecture sing. The front desk staff are so lovely and very accomodating to questions and needs. Great breakfast options, and close walking distance to much of town and sights.

Monument is a stunning place to stay. Beautifully restored and maintained. The staff are a joy - they can’t do enough for you. Central location but not at all noisy.
