Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Forgot a raincoat and wasn’t returned.

The apartment was comfortable for the number of people. The apartment wasn’t clean. We forgot a jacket inside and I have proof of it. When I contacted the owner they told me a week later that they didn’t find anything.
