Great hotel and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shopping. Our rooms were ready when we got there at 10:30 in the morning so that was a bonus! The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good. Highly recommend.

Philia is a modern upscale hotel that offers a convenient location for touring and shopping. The hotel staff is lovely. they offers a hearty and fresh breakfast before starting your day of touring. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and would stay again.

We loved our stay at the Philia Boutique Hotel. It is in a walkable neighborhood and a few meters down the road the street turns pedestrian with dozens of tavernas and a lively atmosphere. Yet, once back in the room it is very quiet. The staff is doing everything to make your stay even more comfortable. We have found our oasis in Athens in the Philia!

We stayed at the Philia Boutique Hotel for 3 nights in May 2025. The staff is amazing, extremely nice, helpful and speak very good English. The hotel is steps from restaurants and shopping but is still quiet. The room was of adequate size as well as the bathroom. We had breakfast every morning and it was cooked to order from your selection the night before. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again, highly recommend.

First time visiting Athens. Had 3 nights and loved the hotel locations and room. Balcony view of church, peaceful but so close to everything. Easy walk from metro and to all we wanted to see. Olympic stadium, gardens, acropolis and museum, ancient Agora, Plaka area shops, cathedral. Rooftop dinner at Hyper was excellent too and all walkable. Staff at hotel so kind, and low key. Allowing you to enjoy your stay and there if you needed. Took breakfast option to have in room and sat on balcony each morning to enjoy. Metro from airport super convenient. Would definitely return.

The property and staff are lovely, but it’s a small street with limited access so I had to drag my suitcase to the hotel which was inconvenient. The room was clean but you could tell a lot of room spray was used which bothered me quite a bit as I am sensitive to sprays. They could do with eliminating that option.
