Location, location, location. This hotel is at the heart of the action. Restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The vibe all around is amazing. It is also walking distance to the train station, and the Acropolis museum, and the Parthenon. The hotel is nice clean. modern. The manager Angelo was so nice, all the staff were friendly. My family and I had an amazing time. I would definitely come back.

It was a great and quirky little place, very helpful and friendly staff, perfect location, great breakfast, beautiful room and bathroom. Can be a bit noisy on the weekend but earplugs by the bedside do the trick. I would definitely go back there the next time I'm in Athens!

Property is in the heart of monastiraki, but once you close your door, you wouldn’t know it, it is very quite inside! Angelo, his wife and their staff will make sure your stay is stress free by answering all questions and giving you tips from where to eat to where to have a great time. Check out is at 11 but they accommodate you if you need extra time. 10 out 10 recommend the frog’s house!!

Excellent location close to everything, walkabble, quiet, safe, newly renovated, spacious room and bathroom. Only had hot water on 1 out of 5 nights. Floor in the bathroom should we swept daily and toiletries replenished without asking when running low. Great fresh and fast breakfast. Wonderful staff. Would stay again!!

The guesthouse is in a very fun part of the city with lots of restaurants, historical sites, and shopping within walking distance. The cafe/bar is has also great coffee, pastries, drinks, etc. We only stayed for one night but wish we could've spent longer there! One downside worth noting is that the shower in our room seemed to run out of water rather quickly. The room also required navigating a fairly steep staircase; it may not be the best location for those with limited mobility.

Don't expect to get any sleep here.

The "Africa" room we stayed in was on street level, so it was incredibly noisy. I would never have booked it if I had known it was street level. The ceilings are so thin you could also hear people moving about. Basically, you will not get any sleep if you stay here.

From the reviews i've read before booking this hotel i felt as it was a new boutique hotel vibe, on top oq a well known café. Its not it. Tha rooms are not at the same place as the café, what could seam good for avoiding the noise, nut the room we got was street level, after crossing a grid gate straight to the room door facing the street. I really have nothing to complain about noise cause didnt bother me but for those who are light sleep, the room upstairs and street make some noise. I also didnt feel confortable so close to the street. There are some abandoned stores on the street and i would not book this room (africa themed room) if i knew where it was located. The staff was really friendly and nice and u can tell they are trying their best to make the place nice. The room is spacious and grear arconditioning and shower. I didnt enjoy the bed linens. The location it self is great for walkers, but overall i wouldnt retund sadly.

This is a unique little hotel, thats a 5 minute walk from Monastiraki Square. The owner of the hotel is a really cool person. You can tell he has put his heart and soul in to making your experience as best as possible. The room we stayed was a great size. Well decorated. And had all the amenities you'd need. Obviously at the low price point, you cannot expect to be staying at a hilton. But I would say that it is a very good value for the money. The only big drawback is that its an exit point from all the nearby bars. So theres allot of loud people walking down the street at night. I think if you used earplugs, the hotel is probably perfect. There is a ton of amazing bars, and restaurants just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. And of course 5 minutes away is Monastiraki Square and the Metro entrance. This means its walkable to enjoy Placca and the Accropolis.

Perfekte Lage mitten im Stadtteil Psyri, sehr sauber und großzügiges Zimmer (Loft). Leider wurde uns beim Check-In nicht mitgeteilt, dass man das heiße Wasser separat anschalten muss, sodass wir zunächst kalt duschen mussten. Alles in allem zu empfehlen!
