"When we checked in they originally put us in a room that hadn’t been cleaned at all. They moved us to another room. Phone in room didn’t work. Mold in shower as well as an old bar of soap!! Would not recommend!"

"Stayed here during a NASA work trip to Huntsville. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for a business stay. The Wi-Fi in my 5th-floor room was unreliable for the first three days and under maintenance for the last two days, making it difficult to work. Housekeeping did not consistently restock basic items such as facial wipes and bottled water. Toiletries, including the toothpaste provided, were below the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Calls to the front desk often went unanswered, and when answered, staff were sometimes unavailable to deliver requested items. The booking clearly stated that breakfast was not included, so no issues there. On the positive side, the room and bathroom were clean. However, the lake area behind the hotel appeared poorly maintained."

"Mr. Patel the owner has been giving me trouble the entire time checking in. He has been so rude and he kept being smart with me. One incident being that he tried to forcibly charge me on sight than what was online. So i had him give me my card back and i made a reservation myself online. He also didnt allow my guest to have access to the room even when i booked for 2 guest and stated that i didnt put him down and there is no option for that online. Only the person checking in which we’ve already did."

"First the hotel looks really nice and brand new. Check in was wonderful with a nice clerk. Problems inside the room include no hairdryer( maid said someone must have stolen the last one) , One towel that looked like someone wiped their rear and it was never washed, others that looked like they had been there for a couple of weeks. When we went to get breakfast the next morning at 8:30( it closes at 9), most of the food items were empty including orange juice, eggs , breakfast meats, danish and pastries. It even took ten minutes to find someone to help. Really poor run hotel that should not be by the way it looks. We stayed at Hampton on the way back after the weekend."

"This place was definitely not it. It was my second time staying here and the first time I didn’t have hot water this time the room wasn’t clean. I know people who are tired from a flight and traveling and need a place to stay may not pay attention but I do. The bathroom was disgusting. I travel with cleaning supplies everywhere I go but I shouldn’t have to."
