"This hotel is old and poorly maintained. We booked a suite which we were told wasn’t available so they put us in a double queen. When I realized it didn’t have a pull out bed, I requested what I paid for. They did give me a suite which was acceptable quality. The pull out couch didn’t have a comforter. ..."
