"More outdated than I expected based on the photos I saw in the list. However, I had a positive experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. Walkable to a lot of restaurants, convenience stores and of course right off the boardwalk. The Bally beach bar had a great dj! No complaints."

"The front desk check in was smooth and friendly. Valet parking was excellent. Sammy is always great! The arcade games are sooo much fun even as an adult. The concept for this AC hotel is brilliant. On the beach and conveniently located near casinos like Ocean and Hard Rock. We would have liked more dining options in the hotel. Operator/Guest services that you call from the room could have been more responsive. Our room was comfortable, clean and nice. There was no hair dryer and the toilet seat was detached from one side which was startling when it slipped. We stay here often and will be back."
