Every staff person was positive, professional& helpful. The gift store was an intentional concept fully stocked with unique and needed items. Great hotel. My 15th year using this property. "

"While my family enjoyed the waterpark and arcade, this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Severely outdated. Old carpet, old furniture, cracked wallpaper, and slow elevators. We also did not receive new towels and cleaning during our two-night stay. I am not sure why a multi-million dollar investment was made to add a waterpark, but nothing towards updating the hotel rooms to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The curtains in the room are probably the original curtains when this hotel first opened. We had to turn the thermostat up to 80 to get heat. Unacceptable!!! Stay somewhere else!! I regret staying here."
