"The elevator to get to Chelsea 5th floor was the worst. They were over crowded, getting stuck, and out of service multiple times. Wednesday indoor pool did not open back up at 3PM. Guest were not informed 3:45 PM - 4PM in which it led to a long line. Guest had to be turned back around."
