"Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Needs a few tweaks— garbage can in the room, and ability to keep the heavy bathroom doors open, and late night food options on property. Would totally stay agin!"

"Front desk Jennifer upgraded our room for free. Beach was not as beautiful like Destine. But for an overnight stay with a huge pool and beach front that’s near in the Cruise terminal it’s worth it, book this Hotel you won’t regret it. You car is safe with Valet staff. It’s the Cheapest around the area but clean and good staff- that matters most to an overnight travellers like us! Thank you!"

"I booked 2 rooms due to have 2 adults and 5 children. This place was books several months in advance and the rooms were booked at the same reservation. I was never told how far away the 2 rooms were going to be before arriving. I would have found a larger place. One room was on the first floor all the way at the very of end the very long property. The second room was on the second floor more than halfway across the property. It was quite frustrating to get eve together and ready and packing to leave was extremely difficult. I was quite upset that when 2 rooms were booked for 1 family, no communication in as given ahead of time The rooms themselves were clean and as described. Kitchens were fully stocked with dinnerware and extras. Extra towels and beach gear was a nice surprise. Each room had its own patio. Comfortable beds. The toilet on the first floor room was so long when you would flush it and I'm not sure of it was the plumbing but when you took a shower in the bathroom it was loud too. Traffic was very loud on the property. Not much to keep the noise out. It was also located right night to an ambulance bay."

"We had the most amazing time at Altair ! The staff was incredibly kind, caring, and accommodating. They even held our luggage when we arrived early and after checkout, which was so helpful. The shuttle to the beach was always comfortable and punctual. Anything we needed, they had, and everyone on the staff was so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We are already looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend Altair to anyone visiting the area!"

"We got in late. 12:30 am. Got checked in and were supposed to have a sea view room. Had a parking lot view. Went to desk and guy was great. Changed room for us but were charged an extra 111 bucks a day. I was fine with that but got bill and thought it would only be for 2 nights since we got there early am on Friday. Still a wonderful place to stay. Food and grocery store within walking distance. Oh and Starbucks too. Pool and beach chairs and staff were wonderful. Will be back. Maybe credit us $111 bucks for the sea view room. If not I will still be back. Thanks for everything."
