Our hotel suite was fantastic and perfect for our needs as we were in town for our sons fraternity party. Thank you again and it is an excellent value plus very convenient to the campus.

We checked in with Heather on night shift. She was wonderful! Incrediable customer service. Then we met a different Heather on day shift. She was super also. I will be staying again on my next trip to Alabama. I recommend staying here, rooms are clean, reasonably priced and the staff are super friendly.

No USB charging outlets in the room on anything - the desk, nightstands, anywhere. In need of a refresh. Looks dated in comparison to other options. Very pleasant desk clerk. Could have been in some sort of uniform. Was just wearing a sports hoody.

Overall, this property met my needs. Convenient, reasonably priced, and well maintained. I only stayed one night, but can see how the kitchenette would be handy. Plenty of parking. Be aware that, unlike other properties in the area, this one does not offer breakfast. The room was comfortable, but I did have some issues. The TV is wall-mounted in an odd location, and at an odd angle. It is also small for the room. The refrigerators in both rooms (more on that in a sec) were dirty. The biggest issue was that, in the first room I was given, there were blood streaks on the beds' sheets and pillow cases. I contacted the front desk, described what I found, and was placed on hold, and never gotten back to. I proceeded to pack up, and walk down to the front desk. I was given a different room, a weak apology, but no other consideration. My new room was fine. While this location is nice, I doubt that I will return. My advise, if you stay here, would be to check the bed first.

Avoid this hotel
The hotel is tired and in need of renovations and updates. The furniture is chipped and in poor condition. The bathroom was in terrible shape with mold in the tub and a hard to flush toilet. There were also roaches and a bad smell in the room/

This facility needs to be exterminated. As soon as the lights are turned on the the room roaches start running. Was switched to a second room and experienced the same event. Housekeeping isn't doing their job. Needs more detailed cleaning. Have stayed at this property numerous times before, but this stay was horrible. Will not stay again.

It's an okay hotel but a little worn and not the cleanest. The lamp in our room was broken and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. However the staff delivered excellent customer service.

NIGHTMARE STAY
This was the most awful experience. The room was not clean, roaches were in the room and bathroom, there was fecal matter smeared on the bathroom door and walls, and they could not meet our needs regarding towels, an iron, or hair dryer. We checked in very late so decided to suck it up for one night. We checked out early and found another hotel in the area for our second night. We were told they would refund us but there has been no refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Staff was super friendly and room was big, would be comfortable to stay for long trips. We used the outside grill which was nice. I liked the convenience of having the patio area near our room, but didn’t love that it’s also a smoking area which made our room smell like cigarettes unfortunately. We were only there a couple of nights and it took me a bit to figure it out, otherwise I would have asked to change rooms. Overall nice stay.
