For the price of you are staying in the Worcester area it’s a good value. Simple but worked for me visiting my kids there while in college. Half the price of a little nicer places in downtown Worcester

The room fit the need to for our stay, but did have some less than stellar components; - stained shower - less than pleasant odors - elevator was functioning roughly - The "gym" has 3 items Outside grounds were kept very well, receptionists were kind and helpful, and it was quiet.

The property is old which is fine but it smelled like covered up weed and cigarette smoke. For the price of it, the place could use a facelift.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. The cable company is working on the issues with the new fiberoptic lines in the town and are aware the hotels in this area are having problems with the television. We hope to have this problem resolved soon.

There was a lot of noise and I think is very inconsiderate to put a guest next fto a room or under a room thats being remodeled! The noise did not let me rest at all.

Bathroom was falling apart …had to go downstairs and ask for a quilt and toiletries cuz no soap or other things in room. On all floors, no ice in machines. All sanitary dispensers had nothing in them. Crackheads were asking me for money cuz people have residency there. Breakfast had only yogurt, bread, coffee and eggs. Juice machine wasn’t working and waffles wasn’t working. Loud noises from room. Wowww, never again. Sooooooo disappointed

The property was pretty rundown. The bed was fairly clean, but the carpeting and chair looked pretty dirty. Lots of chipped paint and the room didn't smell great. No smoking signs everywhere but the hotel had definitely been smoked in regularly.

I don’t like the breakfast schedule. The breakfast was done early 10 minutes before 7 am. Many people not able to eat breakfast. The lady incharge took all the food off from the dining before 7am.

Overall, a good stay. Staff was really nice. Pros: breakfast, location to Worcester was easy to get to, room was clean, staff Negatives: bed wasn't comfortable, fan didn't work, outlet didn't work.

The Comfort Inn Auburn was a very nice, family-friendly lodging. Its lobby was warm and welcoming and it included hot coffee, tea, hot chocolate, freshly baked cookies. The staff, especially Inga, went over and above to help us when we told her that there wasn't enough shampoo for our four-guest room. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who needed to stay in this area.

When you can find a room at a great rate, add that to a clean room , comfortable bed, and good breakfast , you can’t go wrong . If you want something fancy or to impress someone you stay somewhere else and pay much more. But for the rate charged I would definitely recommend to someone just needing a room to sleep comfortably
