Friendly staff, place was clean and smelled good. Pool could have been cleaner and I wished there was a kettle or some type of pot to make tea in the room and a microwave. They have a microwave on the main floor and tea/coffee on the main floor, but its an inconvenience to keep going downstairs to warm up food and get something hot to drink. Other than that our stay was great.

Room could have been a bit cleaner in bathroom bed was wrinkled? One elevator was broke. Coffee was not refreshed in the lobby in the afternoon. We do love this hotel. Very quiet and staff was great. Breakfast was great.

The staff demonstrated exceptional competence and situational awareness, fostering a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The fitness center was outstanding, offering a top-tier workout experience for a hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend and intend to return to this establishment, even considering the presence of an upgraded Marriott nearby. This hotel provided excellent value.
