We had a wonderful stay at Ohtel. It is 2min walk to Viaduct Harbour. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and a 24hr minimart nearby. The hotel room has very cheerful decor. We booked with breakfast which was delcious. The parking is secured parking underground. The pool and gym is shared facilities with a condo. Staff during check in and breakfast was pleasant abd professional.

It is always a lovely stay - the rooms are exceptional and so quiet. There was an issue with the phone and the TV in my room and how staff handle these things is always the test, they were endlessly helpful and offered to change my room - I declined because I really didn't feel like moving all my stuff. The issues did not affect my stay at all, I highly recommend the hotel if you need a rest before hitting the road or want a quiet night before an early flight!

We took Yellow Bus from airport to hotel. If we show driver our hotel booking, there will be no charge for transport but will need to buy and book Yellow Bus at $8 per person to get back to airport. Although breakfast starts at 7 am, staff did not mind when we helped ourselves to free breakfast at 6.45 am to catch Yellow Bus shuttle at 7.40 am

We had a great stay at SkyCity Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The room was well-maintained with excellent facilities, and the bed was especially comfortable. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily stay here again.
