Staff were absolutely helpful, kind and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday, bed was comfortable. Only downfall was shower area was narrow, no disabled handrails and tiles were a bit slippery. The staff! What a lovely place. Such amazing people in the lounge. The lounge in the evening for canapés and drinks was worth the extra price. Breakfast was awesome. Obviously location to the airport is a huge bonus.
