"The apartment was absolutely gorgeous with stunning views. The air conditioning unit was not working. We contacted the Princes Wharf team who said they would get someone to look at it. No one came despite asking a second time. It is a sunfilled apartment so the indoor temperature would have been at least 30 degrees as the outside was 27 degrees. "It was fine, except the couch is broken and quite uncomfortable and there were dog poos in the back yard preventing our little boy from playing there"

"A great place to stay with views over towards the beach and close to most places on the island. Unit was clean and tidy and the resort itself was small, but had everything you needed. The only down-side was that when we received our arrival instructions, there was a note that the pool incurred a $10 charge which I thought should be included in the room cost. I would certainly stay there again when staying in Waiheke. "
