"The whole place is very run down. Very tatty and falling to bits. One of the beds did not have clean sheets and we had to use a sleeping bag on the mattress. No soap - only shampoo and moisturiser. "Check in was very slow only 2 staff and a long queue and wait. I have not experienced that in a hotel before. The shower in our room was only warm our daughters room was the same which was disappointing. The bed was very comfortable and facilities were fine we didnt get chance to the pool."
