"1- hotel was not clean and full of bugs and spiders. It was in yhe ceiling (photo attached) 2- No wifi given 3- no tv was at the room although it says in the hooking that there is a tv. 4- towels are so old and could not even use them! Photo attached. 5- i supposed to have connecting rooms with 2 king beds. I ended up in 2 rooms one with king and the second with 2 bunk beds. Also the door between the connecting room was squeaky. "As a frequent traveler around the world staying in 5 star hotels, this hotel ranks in the top 5 in my travels. The staff was highly accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new. They have a ton of activities for kids (dedicated pool area and activity center). They are also building a whole new section of playground outside if you have little ones. Next time I'm back in Kitzbuhel I'll definitely be staying here. "
