"This is a training center, so don't expect high-end hotel service. The staff was VERY attentive, though. Just a little rough around the edges. Our food was custom made to order and we always had three or four waiters to take care of us. The courtyard and surrounding areas is beautiful. Clearly they take pride in their gardens. The rooms are clean, but very basic. The mattress was hard by U.S. standards. There was no comfortable seating area in the room. Honestly there wasn't room for it....

"We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms and facilities were really nice as well as clean. All of the staff were really friendly, lovely and helpful. They were quick to respond to any issue we had. One of which was the fact that the bedrooms didn't have a mirror near to a plug socket. Maybe not used to western women staying. "The Ambassador Ajanta is an older property. While in some ways it looks dated, it is still a very nice hotel with great service overall. The front desk staff, especially Tasleem, were very helpful. They also accommodated our late checkout even when they were fully booked. I would say there was some confusion about our kids. "The wireless is outdated as you have to continually login with an Indian cell phone. They act like wireless is precious when this is 2020. When you go the desk, no one can help you with payment or anything broken in your room. Instead, those 3-4 employees at the desk send away for a manager in another part of the hotel, which takes 10 minutes. Why can't the 3-4 people at the front desk have any answers to our questions?"
