Krushna went out of his way to move us to a better, upstairs, room when the room we were first given turned out to have some smoke odors and also too little privacy from the garden outside. Btw, the executive rooms upstairs have the same pool and garden views as the rooms downstairs, with the added attraction of a balcony. Huge, clean, largely unused, pool. "It is very old hotel and one of the worest hotel i stay in India. Especially, the condition of the bed is really bad and it would be even better to sleep at the floor. The staff was very nice and helpful."
