"looks great online, but once you arrive there is a HUGE problem with this hotel- it sits the very very close to the dock (just a few meters) …certainly closest of all the hotels to the cruise ships- seems convenient, and would normally be great to have a “fjord view room with balcony” as we booked ..."

"Clean room and very good location. Excellent breakfast. Just be aware that the unit we booked, the bedroom upstairs and toilet is at downstairs. The WIFI only worked the first day. We reported to the receptionist but no one came to fix the problem. Otherwise all good."
