"Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Misurina this summer! Everything was excellent from start to finish. We traveled as a family of four with two young children, and the hotel was perfect for our family vacation. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and everything was well taken care of. We especially enjoyed being surrounded by the beautiful Dolomites, with so many amazing places to explore nearby. It was a great experience for both adults and children, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our summer holiday. We made some beautiful family memories here and would happily return. Highly recommended for families visiting the Dolomites!"
