Beautiful property, however we experienced a poor customer service during check in. We arrived around 1700 hours to the property after a long drive from Germany and they only had one employee doing check ins for the chalets. AlpenParks Hagan Lodge Altaussee
It’s a great place to stay however I was very dissatisfied with the cleaning fee of $110 I don’t think it’s appropriate to have that extra charge .
