We really like the place, but we came home after dinner on our second night and the room had a toxic smell that forced us to leave the room. Customer service was nice with communication, but we had to find a new hotel. Other than this, it was a great room in a great part of town.

The room was really nice! Due to the weather, I wasn’t able to walk around the area. Drive around, it looks like it would be a fun area to explore at night! Next time for sure. The only thing I would have changed was the restroom. The towels were not clean and the water pressure was pretty low. With no curtain in the shower, the mat for the restroom became soaked. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Property location was close to downtown and eateries .. Nice furniture and bedding. Nice kitchen..lots of towels. Soap and shampoo. Shower very clean. Great TV.. Negative.. but they did say would fix.. AIr Conditioner pipe had a leak in it.. There was a portable one that worked well. Clean except floor needed to be washed in kitchen and bathroom. I think last visitor had walked in black stone. Not apparent until you walked barefoot. Will go back again.

Great, modern studio. Love the big windows. Everything worked flawlessly, from the code to get into the building, to the code to get into the unit, to the TV, lighting, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, sinks, and shower. It’s stocked with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay: chef’s knives, silverware, glasses, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, pots, pans, and cooking utensils,. There’s a Keurig for those who enjoy coffee. The overhead shower head is therapeutic. All the lights are on dimmers. The bed and couch were very comfortable and it’s a very short walk to some excellent bars and clubs. Would definitely rebook.

It was dirty. Ac was not able to cool the room. Housekeeping couldn’t clean the room correctly after several calls. Check in was complicated took 3 hours for checking in. Overall a terrible experience they need to figure out what they are doing.

Asks for more blankets and towels, promised , never came. It was always hot! Opened a door we thought was a closet but it was a electrical box for several units, smoke alarm had a cover over it, looked like painters forgot to remove it. Parking on street cost a fortune, could have stayed at a better place with parking. No TV if we did not add outmr own login!! Not even local tv chanel!. Worse experience ever! I wanted to leave hours after we arrived but they said no refund.
