Really nice hotel and the view from the “corner rooms” is brilliant. Room was modern and clean and exactly what we were hoping for. Only slight negatives are the price of breakfast and the lack of weights in the gym but really enjoyed our stay and the staff were brilliant - will definitely be back.

Overall a decent place to stay. Great breakfast and nice view and drinks from the roof top bar. Bartenders were very good. Cocktail servers were inattentive and bar stool were well past their serviceable life. Housekeeping missed something everyday such as leaving dirty cups and trash The most frustrating event was that I had lost my credit card three days before leaving. One of the staff had found it but no one bothered to let us know. They had it in an envelope waiting for us upon checking out. Can’t fathom why they made no attempt to inform us. Would I stay again- maybe maybe not

Excellent location. Room clean, nice pool. Reception and cafe staff helpful. Lack of eating options with a child other than go into main restaurant (minimum of 2 courses £49pp ) as kids weren't allowed for bar meal after 8pm (maybe 9pm would be a better cutoff as 8pm is early). Not experienced this before in any London hotel I've stayed in.

Overpriced. No service. No bag help. No clean bedsheets. Curtains smell and falling apart. Pillows are overused. No slippers. Breakfast is mediocre. View is however stunning.
