"Breakfast was okay, not many options to choose from. The rooms were clean. Airport shuttle was excellent, As soon as we were near the door to exit. I called Hyatt to see if they can send someone to pick us up and the person was literally outside.The gentleman was very nice. We got to the hotel pretty quick I give them a 10 out of 10. I forgot to mention. There was a gentlemen that served us some lunch and wine. I don't remember his name. He provided us with impeccable service. I wouls definitely stay here again. "

"We had never stayed at this property and I’m so glad we did!! We are a family of four and the room was spacious, two queens and a pullout sofa. It was definitely beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. There was a small breakfast buffet with enough options for the family. We will definitely be staying again."

"Breakfast was good but too short because we had to leave on the airport shuttle. We noticed that the breakfast set up was the same as at our previous hotel the Best Western in Temple TX. The staff was very helpful with finding a place to order dinner. Her directions were good and our pizza was delicious. "
