Excellent Hotel. Great Location on the Gran Via. Quiet and cool lobby located just next to Victoria’s Secret. Room is spacious. Bathroom is spacious and clean and everything works well. Walking distance to the sights. Jogging distance to the parks - El Retiro, Parc del Oueste. Roof top bar has a nice ambience and view. Only downside is Lift is small and there is only one. Enjoyed the stay.

Nice location. The metro station is exactly next to the hotel building. McDonald's and Burger King nearby. The Palace is in walkable distance. Room is spacious. Easy to manipulate two 28" luggages at the same time. Adequate amount of food for breakfast. Good service.

What a wonderful upgrade we received upon arrival! We had a lovely serviced apartment with facilities for cooking and washing up - as a result of which we enjoyed some exxellent dinners 'at home' (for that's what it felt like, with a view of the Royal Palace all lit up just opposite us!). The location was excellent and we were able to walk to all the major attractions during our five full days in Madrid. The staff were absolutely wonderful, to a person, and I cannot thank them enough for the...
