We really enjoyed our stay at the Avalon Courtyard Suites. The property is very well located: not in the middle of the town square but not too far (10 mins walk from the dock, 5 mins walk from the town square). The property is very well maintained with a cozy courtyard that has seating around a fire place. There is a coffee room that was well stocked with snacks. The best part for us was the suite and the views from the room. Will definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Avalon.

The hotel is kept clean and tidy and their communication with guest is spot on. The rooms are nice and updated and the courtyard is a nice touch to be able to sit around the fire pit in the evenings. They even provide beach towels to use. There are a few breakfast items to choose from. We would have like maybe a protein option and the juice maker was broken the entire stay. Even with that I would stay again.

The Ocean was only a few feet from our hotel. so that was really nice. the staff were exceptional, the room was clean but it didn't have room service daily. the towels were the only thing i would give a small mark down for. other than that I have recommended this place to my family and friends

The rooms are so cozy here and there is a wonderful fire pit in the evening in the courtyard. Our room had a huge jacuzzi tub and a great heater in the bathroom. Violet, in the office, was absolutely a delight. She helped us with everything......got us new towels each day......marked up maps of the city.....showed us around the hotel and let us look at another room for a future visit.
