"The rooms have no air conditioning and can get very hot. Woke up to no cold water just burning steam which eventually stopped, then no water. "

"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. "Amazing hotel and staff! This was a honeymoon trip and we were welcomed with a room upgrade, wine and balloons. The room was clean, comfortable and a shower that I miss on returning home. Every member of staff was friendly and went out of their way. The breakfast buffet was varied, and omlettes were made on request. I would 100% stay here again and have already recommended it"

"Wonderful stay. Service is amazing they’ll help you with anything you need and highly organized and responsive over WhatsApp. Couldn’t ask for more. Hotel was cool staying in the caves is a nice experience. Bathroom was super modern even built into the cave. 5 stars. Location is perfect right in the heart of town. Walkable to everything in town."

"This hotel was great! The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, and were very quick to respond to our Whatsapp questions before we arrived. The property is extraordinary. We especially enjoyed exploring all the different areas: terraces, roof decks, spa area, museum, and cosy nooks all over the place -- just magical! Highly recommend this place - otherworldly in the best possible way!"

"Staff was friendly and efficient and very responsive on WhatsApp. We were able to arrange airport pick up for 2 people for 30 Euros one way. We were able to check in early since there was a room available. Their view from the rooftop is beautiful and they have the best rooftop set up with the colorful carpets and the food platter set for pictures in the morning. Breakfast is included at the Seten restaurant. It is a longer walk to and from the city center since it has the one of the highest view of the city. They also have a sister hotel next door where you can dine at their Restaurant - Happena where they can help you make reservations. We also used their Turkish spa as well which was a great experience! "
