"The hotel caters for big tourist buses and behind the glamourous entrance there is little attention to details and customer care. I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) . Finally, basic hotels services like indoor poor and gym come at an extra price…but it is not indicated in the booking. Overall, a disappointing experience especially when compared to nearby...

"This hotel is wonderful ! Room is super big , comfortable, and clean. Very beautiful and unique decoration.The pool is clean and have a great view. We had dinner in a restaurant a few times and the food was excellent, great choice of different cuisine and great preparation. The breakfast was good too. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Cappadocia. And I am definitely coming back.
The location of the place is great, a little on a side from the town so be ready take taxi everywhere you go. Best thing - rent a car.

"The staff was highly responsive to travel problems (because of Turkish Airlines flight cancellations, I arrived t 4 am and they found transportation from Nevsahir airport to the hotel for me).
