"OK, let me start by saying Sezer and Furkon were amazing! I hope I spelt them both right. Helped us from everything from the second me came in. We had an issue with our room and they wasted no time moving us and it was no issue at all. Very tentative to our needs and the views. They are worth it. If you are debating between this and another hotel do this! We did the imperial and it was great. The tub was amazing and in the morning watching the balloons was great. They have a easy airport shuttle you can arrange with them and it was hassle free!"
"Extremely different to any other hotel experience. If you are not good with steps it is probably best avoided - it comes with the territory, but worth it. Such a unique experience with incredible views and history. Great beds and accommodation quality. Well trained staff who really understand service. Loved it. "
"Everything was great. Very friendly staff. We stayed in Kaftan cave suite with amazing hot air balloon view in the morning. Be warned that there is no daily room cleaning, but they will clean it for you if you ask. We had a 4 day stay and got the room cleaned on the day 2. "
"The online photos of the room we booked didn’t do it justice. Everything was perfect, very comfortable, cozy & quiet. The bed was very comfortable & the bathroom was clean & modern, however if you are taller than 160cm/5’4” remember to duck as you go through the bathroom door as it is quite low & my 170cm husband scraped the top of his head a couple of times. We enjoyed the seating area & table just outside the room, watching the hot air balloons early in the morning & everywhere a glow at sunset. In the morning & evening all the swallows & swifts put on an aerial display for us to enjoy, as they darted between the sparrows & pigeons. The breakfast room looks over the same area too, it has huge picture windows so you can see over the whole valley whilst having breakfast. Senza Restaurant was very good too, the waiters were very attentive & the food was delicious. The hotel doesn’t have parking, but there are 2 car parks a short walk away. The laundry service the hotel uses also accepts hotel clients’ washing in the morning & charge per washing machine load & return your clean clothes the next day. If you need a same day service, we found a full laundry service in Goreme called Maccan Laundry, we took a bag full of washing at 10am & it was ready for 5pm."
