"The Good: Love the rustic but super clean feel of the hotel. Located in a very romantic neighborhood. Hotel manager was super friendly and efficient. He arranged reasonably priced tours and transfers from airport to hotel and back. The Bad: Breakfast (free) was not the tastiest but decent. The Ugly: Wished I brought my family here. Next time."

The restaurant and terrace were definitely a highlight, probably the best we’ve experienced around. Whether it was for breakfast or evening drinks, the food and ambiance were top-notch. "Throughly enjoyed our stay….. hotel was in a great location. We stayed in the family suite and had a jacuzzi in the room. Felt very welcomed from the minute we stepped into the hotel reception. Hotel staff were very helpful and met all needs in a timely manner. There was a good selection of things to have for breakfast… would highly recommend!! Thanks for making our stay so memorable."

"Prime location to see the balloons at 6:00AM, staff is super nice and helpful and if you are going to balloon ride you couldn’t choose a better hotel…Royal is the No.01 balloon company in Göreme, which happens to run a hotel. Everything in Göreme is at walking distance and If you are claustrophobic to cave hotels this is a good option. The rooms are huge, no elevator though, and they do need a little updating and TLC."
