"This was the most spacious hotel room on my 3 weeks trip. The room impresses you from the first glance. It’s a true cave hotel and the room takes two levels in the cave. This may be a problem for people with mobility restrictions as the bathroom is located on the lower level. Also, the breakfast facility is nice but it’s in a different hotel about a quarter mile away. It was not a problem for me but keep this in mind. The reception is on the upper level of the hotel. "OK, let me start by saying Sezer and Furkon were amazing! I hope I spelt them both right. Helped us from everything from the second me came in. We had an issue with our room and they wasted no time moving us and it was no issue at all. Very tentative to our needs and the views. They are worth it. If you are debating between this and another hotel do this! We did the imperial and it was great. The tub was amazing and in the morning watching the balloons was great. They have a easy airport shuttle you can arrange with them and it was hassle free!"
"The rooms have been renovated. I experienced a small issue with my AC and the late night team solved it immediately. Every single person working there had a smile and were extremely helpful and friendly. I will def enjoy staying there again in the future. "
