"The bedroom was a unique cave room giving us the experience we were expecting. However the down side was firstly the hotel was very difficult to find and you should make guests aware before booking that the restaurant is not onsite but in a sister hotel quite a walk away involving a steep hill up and then down. However the breakfast and dinner was very good "

All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. "Our hosts were absolutely wonderful! We stayed at Gibos for four nights and the home-cooked Turkish breakfast was superb every day. We were offered excellent recommendations on hikes, dinner options (Sinasos Wine House), and they made our hot air balloon ride reservations for us with a great company (we normally don’t do those kind of activities, but it was incredible!). We felt like family friends by the time we left. Do not hesitate to stay here if you would like an authentic cave hotel...

"The hotel is very clean and the staff was super nice. We loved the breakfast. The hotel is about a 10 min drive from the main Gérôme area but it was very easy to bus there or catch a taxi. Room were nice and hotel terrace was even nicer. Would stay here again! "

"We couldn't believe how nice the people are around here. We came in late and they still were able to work with us getting us settled in. The next morning we're able to look out our window of our hot tub bath and see the incredible balloons glistening in the sunrise. It was unbelievable. We were struggling from jet lag but we're happy we were able to see it. We scheduled ourselves to go on a hot air balloon ride but unfortunately it was canceled. So I would definitely recommend to try from the first day you were there just in case it gets canceled and you can catch the next day. Staying in uchasar was definitely the way to go. It was definitely more quiet in the view was amazing! We slept great after full days playing on ATVs and seeing the blooms rise in the morning. This was a great stay and I would highly recommend it."
