First off, when we got the room there were cats sleeping the bed. Second, the bathroom was stinky. Thought it was one room. But there are other rooms friends stayed was badly stinky. i found aircondition in my room which is diffcult to find in this area, hotel is attached near the big shop mogros, room is big, clean and safe, i stayed 1 week, walking distance is about 7 minutes to city center and urgup otogar.

Good Value and Loction.
The room was very nice. Grocery store right across the street and beer store 2 min walk away. Lots of restaurants 5-10 min walkawy. Sude was very nice and helpful.
