"We can’t believe we were so lucky to find this amazing place!!! It has great free parking, easy walk to everything and wasn’t in the crazy, touristy town of Gerome… but minutes away. We spent more time in Orthinsar than anywhere because it was so charming. The breakfast was wonderful… omelets, full spread. The pool is clean and in a great spot for after a long day for a swim in the sun. If we return to Cappadocia, we wouldn’t stay anywhere but the Noble Blue. Ps. Loved the staff, too!!!"

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve been to! The room was incredible with a terrace overlooking the balloons at sunrise. The breakfast is unending and they even have a hot serve for order if you’d like. But mostly importantly, the staff is absolutely amazing. I lost something rather invaluable on one of the sitting areas and mentioned it to them. They went out of their way to help me find it and delivered it to my room. Honestly I’d stay here in a heartbeat if I visit again and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants an awesome experience."

They are always present to find you an extra towel for the pool or bring you a cool beverage! The breakfast is a very well-equipped buffet with both local and Western European options. The room was amazing with very charming lighting and a very comfortable spa inside."
