Staff very helpful, and supported booking all the attractions, including balloon rides, tours and transports from and to airport. Make sure to ask receipts for your individual transactions, since different companies are involved. Manager Malik, a highly traveled and experienced professional, was amazing. The hotel puppies were the cherry on the top! Highly recommend it "

"Zara Cave Hotel and Cappadocia was the highlight of our 10 day trip to Turkey! The view of the hot air balloons from the rooftop terraces is one I’ll never forget!
The staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable and our room was large and clean. We couldn’t ask for anything more from our stay! Oh and the breakfast was very extensive and delicious as well!

"This hotel, the staff and its location were amazing. This is a great option if you’re planning to stay in Göreme. Room was spacious, neat, clean, comfortable bed, nice city view. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of fresh and delicious options. This hotel has probably the best rooftop in all of Cappadocia with 360 degree city view and also a great location to enjoy seeing the hot balloons flying all over the city every morning. I will definitely recommend this hotel, no doubt about it.

"The staff was highly responsive to travel problems (because of Turkish Airlines flight cancellations, I arrived t 4 am and they found transportation from Nevsahir airport to the hotel for me). They also fixed every problem with the cave suite, which was a delightful place to stay. I think this is an excellent choice for a stay in Cappadocia. "
