"Rose Valley Hotel was a great experience. The rooms were beautiful with high arched ceilings and everything was very clean. The breakfast is cooked fresh for each table and was very delicious. Best free hotel breakfast we have ever had. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the balloons. The customer service was amazing and the hotel staff helped coordinate food delivery, shuttles, a hot air balloon ride, and much more. Everyone made us feel very welcome and at home."

"A very good hotel! Clean rooms and a beautiful terrace to watch the hot air balloons. Staff are welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. "The only think I like about this property was the view, everything else wasn’t good especially the room it has a mold smell we couldn’t sleep all night the bed cover felt wet from the mold so we had to switch rooms and that also limited. It’s hard to park, and the breakfast was included it wasn’t really good."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We have traveled a lot but never encountered such an execptionally friendly and helpful host. Mustafa helped us arranged for various activities and went the extra mile to arrange to have our pottery picked up in the last minute. The breakfasts were outstanding!! What a treat!! The room decoration was very pretty and it was quiet despite being centrally located. We highly recommend this place! "
